Villa Gaudi is located in a quiet street in the urbanization of La Riviera near Lloret de Mar, just above Villa Dali.
This spacious villa has beautiful sea views and is nicely decorated with modern and functional interiors.
From the terrace with a stone BBQ, private swimming pool and sun loungers, you’ll enjoy the astonishing views of the Mediterranean Sea!
At ground level there are 3 double bedrooms with skylight windows and one bathroom. Also a spacious TV/Play area for the children with a 51 inch TV with 5.1 dolby surround system and a multimedia hard disc with aprox. 300 movies (mostly in English) with a large selection of children (Disney) movies, action, thrillers, comedies, etc.
On the first floor you will find the living room and open kitchen, both with direct access to the terrace and large private pool with sun beds.
Separate wash room with washing machine, ironing board and iron, freezer and second fridge.
On the second floor is the fabulous master bedroom with amazing view over the Mediterranean, 2 more double bedrooms with balcony. 2 large bathrooms with bath tub and separate shower.
Private parking space on the property.

The beautiful beach of Cala Canyelles is at 4km and has a small harbor, good restaurant, showers and beach activities. Supermarkets and center of town are also all reachable within a 10-min drive.
*Unfortunately no groups of youngsters are allowed in this villa. Minimum age is 28.

* In low season and Christmas period, there is an additional cost of 300€/week for energy and heating costs.
