You’ll be staying on in a quiet neighborhood, centrally located to the lake, mountains, and hiking trails. Fire up the gas firepit for some post-adventure relaxation, or pile some logs in the wood-burning fireplace indoors. The full kitchen features pine cabinets, full-size appliances (including a French door refrigerator), and cooking tools to help everyone cook up their favorites. Other modern amenities include a washer/dryer, room-darkening shades, board games, a high chair, baby gates, dinnerware, and toys are for younger guests. Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
- Guests who book a home or villa that is located in the state of California may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 24-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 3 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
