The easy slope into the crystal clear water is superb for adults and children of all ages. The boat launch is approximately one mile away, less than a 5 minute drive. This house is a 10 minute drive to tube the Guadalupe River at Sattler and 15-20 minutes to Schlitterbahn Water Park, the historic city of Gruene, the famous Gristmill restaurant and Gruene Hall.
The 2 story home offers 2450 sq. ft. with 3 bedrooms, a loft, 3.5 baths, and beds for 10. The large master bedroom has a King size bed and private master bath. A second master bedroom upstairs has a Queen size pillow top bed, a twin bed, and a private bath. The third bedroom has a Queen size pillow top bed, a twin pillow top, with a full bath close by. Also upstairs is a private loft with a Queen size bed. All bedrooms and bathrooms are stocked with high quality linens.
Spectacular lake views can be enjoyed from both the living area as well as from the fully stocked open concept kitchen area. The house also has indoor/outdoor surround sound with Bluetooth capability. Enjoy the music, spectacular sunsets, and comfortable patio furniture while grilling on the large covered deck.
This perfect vacation home is not only located right on the lake, but has a pool table, gazebo, and so much more to add to your vacation fun! Guests must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. No pets allowed. This home is a maximum occupancy of 10 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. You can park 5 vehicles and one boat at this property.
