This newly renovated three bedroomed property is set just outside the town walls of Tenby and sleeps up to six people.
Having three bedrooms, one bathroom and a large lounge it is a very comfortable holiday home for either a family or a group of friend’s.
Tenby is a very historic town with a picturesque harbour, award winning beaches and many restaurants, cafes and shops which will all be right on your doorstep.
As you enter, you have a hallway with the lounge off to the right with leather sofas, coffee table and a large flat screen T.V. Further down the hallway you will find the dining room with a large table and French doors opening out to the rear courtyard. Then at the end of the hallway you have the kitchen. The kitchen has all the essentials needed including a fridge - freezer and washing machine. There is a door leading out to the rear courtyard.

Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) cancellation is within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
