This beautifully furnished modern apartment sleeps two with views overlooking Neyland Marina. With parking for one car and surrounded with views and restaurants in the heart of Pembrokeshire what is not to love.
As you enter the apartment you enter the hallway. Straight ahead you have the modern bathroom with full-length walk-in shower, toilet and hand basin. To the left of the hallway, you will find the master bedroom boasting a beautiful white four poster king size bed. Exiting the hallway, you enter the lounge/diner. Here you have a smart TV, corner sofa and dining table. You also have a small balcony with a table and chairs that you can sit on taking in the beautiful views of Neyland Marina. From the lounge you will find the small but practical kitchen, you will find everything you need whether you are making breakfast or an evening meal.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
