A beautiful property with a large living room and swimming pool located on one of the most beautiful and paradisiacal islands in the Porto Seguro region of Bahia, a place of peace, rest and all the luxury that the property offers.
To access it, it is necessary to go to the city of Santa Cruz Cabrália where the caretaker will be at the port to assist in the transfer. The island has several palm trees and sidewalks that connect all points and areas.
The property has incredible chalets with their structure and finish in polished wood and wooden roof covered with straw on the outside, which gives the chalets a beautiful coastal look. The main chalet is located in the center of the island, has 2 floors, central air conditioning, built-in sound system for musical events or parties and houses on the ground floor its two living rooms, the open area facing the pool and the second room in closed area perfectly decorated with selected furniture and large dining table with 12 seats. On the second floor there is a games room with a pool table, ping pong and foosball.
Equally large, the pool that is next to the main chalet has a 25m lane for swimming and has a shallow side for children. Beside the pool there are 10 comfortable sun loungers to rest in the sunlight and 2 tables with large umbrellas having a capacity for 6 people each for breakfast or any type of food consumption.
Next to the main chalet there is a tennis court for the practice of sport and a chalet with a jacuzzi, massage room and gym for those who want to keep in good shape even in moments of rest. The gym’s equipment comprises 2 treadmills, 3 exercise bikes, dumbbells, exercise mats and pilates ball.
In the area of the island that covers the rooms, the property has 6 chalets, each of which has its own TV room, the suites’ compositions are:
-1 cotage: composed of 2 suites: 2 singles
-2 cottages: composed of 2 suites: 1 King and 2 Queens
-3 cottages: composed of 3 suites: 1 King, 1 Queen and 2 singles
Altogether, the property can accommodate groups of a maximum of 31 people, whether for family groups or festive events.

To finalize your booking, we kindly request a copy of the main guest’s ID.

We require a photo ID from all overnight guests prior to arrival.
Visits from non-registered guests are not permitted without prior approval.
Parties are strictly prohibited on the premises.
Quiet hours begin at 10 PM; loud music is strictly prohibited during this time.
Smoking is not permitted indoors.
Pets are welcome with advance approval.
We do not host bachelor parties on our properties.
Any form of illegal activity, including prostitution, will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement.
