Mountain Memories is a stunning two-story home located in town across the street from the river. This recently updated, spacious home can accommodate up to 10 guests, a small trailer, and is pet-friendly! With three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and endless amenities, this home is perfect for any family getaway. Mountain Memories is on the west end of town in the Tenderfoot area.
Upon arriving at the property, you will see an inviting fire pit area that will have you making your favorite mountain memories as you roast marshmallows and your favorite s’mores while talking about the day’s adventures.
When you walk through the front door of Mountain Memories, you are greeted by a spacious open living room with plenty of seating. In the living room, you have amenities such as a large flat screen TV offering YouTube TV. Also in the living room is a large wood-burning fireplace, so go ahead and throw some wood into the fireplace and bundle up while watching your favorite shows. Moving towards the kitchen, you’ll find a dining room table with space for eight, and if that isn’t enough, you’ll find additional seating at the bar. The kitchen is where all the magic happens! The kitchen at Mountain Memories is fully equipped with everything you could need during your stay. It is very spacious with huge amounts of counter space. There is a fully functional gas stove, a refrigerator, and a dishwasher, making this the perfect kitchen for your mountain getaway. Along with those amenities, there is a drip coffee machine as well as a Keurig coffee maker, a toaster, a microwave, and don’t forget about the grill outside. Also, don’t worry about bringing too many clothes, as Mountain Memories has its own washer and dryer for the guests to use during their stay. On the first floor of Mountain Memories, you will find the first of three bedrooms. This bedroom has room for six guests. The bedroom includes one queen-size bed and a set of double bunk beds. This room also has a flat-screen TV and access to the hallway, where you’ll find the first of three bathrooms. After visiting that bedroom, you will walk upstairs where you will find the remaining two bedrooms and bathrooms. Both of these rooms include a king-size bed, a large flat-screen TV, and their own private bathroom. The bathrooms both include extended-height showerheads. The best part about it is that one of these bedrooms, specifically to the right of the entry, has a beautiful private balcony for you to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee while taking in the breathtaking mountain views. All bedrooms and bathrooms include complimentary soaps, lotions, linens, and towels, fresh for your stay in Red River.
Mountain Memories also offers a nice yard space perfect for your dog or kids to run and play, as well as partaking in fun outdoor activities such as horseshoe, bocce, and more!
It has a newly constructed back patio space, where you will find a beautiful gas fire sphere, a privacy fenced-in yard, and a gas BBQ grill, perfect for any family meal. The back patio area is fully fenced in, which is perfect for the family dog and kiddos. Along with the back patio space, Mountain Memories also has a front porch where you can sit and enjoy the mountain view while sipping on a warm cup of coffee.

Your stay includes garage access, where you are free to park a vehicle or simply store other luggage, etc. This property accepts two dogs under 100 lbs. with a $125.00 nonrefundable pet fee due at check-in. Mountain Memories is just a few blocks from Main Street, and you are also across a street from the river for anyone interested in fishing! All reservations are subject to our rental terms and conditions and cancellation/refund policy. Please reach out with any questions before confirming your reservation.
**Please note that during the fall of 2024 and spring/summer of 2025 the town of Red River will be replacing waterlines. Their normal working hours are from 7am-5pm Monday-Friday; however, there might be times that they have to conduct work during the weekends. You can expect traffic distributions and temporary water outrages while they are working. Please note that on-street residential parking might not be available during construction. During these times, access to Red River and Pioneer Creek recreational area might be reduced or diverted. Please be aware that any construction or town activity is not in our control.
