Dear Den is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home that sleeps up to 6 guests. It has an accessible entrance ramp. The fully equipped kitchen has all the essentials and includes a dishwasher. The living room has a Queen sofa bed, a fireplace (wood provided in season), a satellite flat screen TV, and WiFi. The partially covered front deck has a gas BBQ, plenty of tables & chairs, & a picnic table. This is a great deck for *groups! In the summer, enjoy the spacious deck, and in the winter, cozy up to the stone fireplace.
This cabin does not have a landline or Wifi. No pets allowed. Does not have Air Conditioning.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
