The lift takes you up to second floor where Flat 3 extends over the entire cross section of the building and boasts views of North Audley Street and down Green Street towards Hyde Park.
There are three bedrooms, of which two have beds that can be converted into twins.
There is a fully fitted kitchen with an extra-large fridge, dishwasher and a separate dining area.
The spectacularly gorgeous sun lit living room looking down the street at Hyde Park, features two extra-large sofas, and a large mounted flat screen TV.
The dining table seats up to six and there is also a wine cooler.
All rooms feature flat screen TV’s plus an en suite marble bathrooms, air-condition and under floor heating.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
