LIVING ROOM
The living area is bright, with high ceilings and original cornicing feature; wooden floors and a classic fireplace. The seating comprises of a large bright blue sofa, opposite a bookcase with television.
Through to the open-plan dining room and kitchen.
DINING ROOM
The dining room includes a large table, chairs and a piano, for after-dinner entertainment.
KITCHEN
The kitchen overlooks the garden and has a beautiful pitched glass roof feature above. There is a central island and the kitchen itself is fitted in sea green, with a Belfast sink. The kitchen is of course fully equipped with all the amenities you will need during your stay.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
