It has a large area that includes two golf courses, tennis court, nautical club, main headquarters with hotel, spa, restaurant and bicycle rental. The club is one of the most sought after locations to take a rest from the capital. Just 2 and a half hours by road, you can find a totally different climate from Bogotá, where you can sunbathe, tan at a temperature of 26º C and breathe a different air. The diversity of flora and fauna enrich the view of this place. The house has 6 comfortable bedrooms overlooking the garden and nature, a swimming pool surrounded by five beautiful palm trees and a jacuzzi. CHARGES FOR EMPLOYEE SERVICES ARE NOT INCLUDED AND MUST BE PAID SEPARATELY Housekeeper: 60 000 COP per day per every 6 guests. The housekeepers cook, keep the house always clean and organized and do maid services. Service hours are from 7:00 to 16:00. 24 hours confirmation. As one of our more unique homes, we require 24 hours to verify the details of your booking and ensure that this home is the right match for you and your guests. Once you have submitted your booking, a representative will contact you immediately, answer any relevant questions and personally ensure that your booking runs smoothly. The representative will be able to provide a confirmation within 24 hours, if not sooner. HOUSE RULES  To finalize your booking, we kindly request a copy of the main guest’s ID.  Before confirming your booking, we will inquire about the group composition to ensure the best service, including the number of adults, children, couples, and genders.  We require a photo ID from all overnight guests prior to arrival.  Visits from non-registered guests are not permitted without prior approval.  Parties are strictly prohibited on the premises.  Quiet hours begin at 10 PM; loud music is strictly prohibited during this time.  Smoking is not permitted indoors.  Pets are welcome with advance approval.  We do not host bachelor parties on our properties.  Any form of illegal activity, including prostitution, will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement.
