The upstairs has two bedrooms that open on a siting balcony.The fully renovated cottage offers modern comfort with a rustic feeling rustic. The large wooden doors open onto the decked pool area. The artisan-made cement bathtub is another piece of art of this stylish house. Indonesian tiled good-size pool with sitting ledge, cushioned daybed, pool cushions and outdoor artisan-made shower is a constant invitation to relax and enjoy the feeling of this magical space. The external suite was built in 2016, it is a double-height suite, with tall wooden veneziana windows, taking advantage of the tall space, a beautiful wooden stair will lead you to the sitting mezzanine to read a book or watch a movie. The suite opens onto a large and cozy outside sitting area. Few steps away from the gourmet area under a charming pergola with a traditional wooden roof, a large outside table with cushioned benches, BBQ/Parilla style is the perfect place for breakfast, brunch or late lunch. The house is a 4-minute walk to the Quadrado and a short 15-minute walk to the beautiful beaches of Trancoso. Accommodations include daily housekeepers, a gardener/pool maintenance, English-speaking managers and light breakfast complementary. HOUSE RULES  To finalize your booking, we kindly request a copy of the main guest’s ID.  Before confirming your booking, we will inquire about the group composition to ensure the best service, including the number of adults, children, couples, and genders.  We require a photo ID from all overnight guests prior to arrival.  Visits from non-registered guests are not permitted without prior approval.  Parties are strictly prohibited on the premises.  Quiet hours begin at 10 PM; loud music is strictly prohibited during this time.  Smoking is not permitted indoors.  Pets are welcome with advance approval.  We do not host bachelor parties on our properties.  Any form of illegal activity, including prostitution, will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement.
