House has 3 bedroom with ensuite bathroom. spacious living-room and lounge areas, an equipped kitchen, great pool deck, a charming beach quiosque and a large beach front land with plenty of coconut tree. 3 top-notch house staff will be at your disposal 8h/day: One amazing cook, housekeeping and a gardener who will also set up the pool and beach for you. You will have to choose between chilling in the covered lounge area, refreshing by the large pool deck, enjoying the sea view by the beach gazebo, lay on the long chairs set-up on the sand or doing walk on the magnificent beach. This beach property can be rented with Bah017, next door, that have 5 more bedrooms (with ensuite bathroom). RENTING BOTH PROPERTIES (Bah016 and Bah017) TOGETHER, YOU WILL HAVE 8 SUITES TO HOST WITH COMFORT UP TO 16 PRIVILEGED GUESTS. CHARGES FOR EMPLOYEES SERVICES ARE NOT INCLUDED.10% service fee will be charged to the employees of the house. Once you have submitted your booking, a representative will contact you immediately, answer any relevant questions and personally ensure that your booking runs smoothly. HOUSE RULES  To finalize your booking, we kindly request a copy of the main guest’s ID.  Before confirming your booking, we will inquire about the group composition to ensure the best service, including the number of adults, children, couples, and genders.  We require a photo ID from all overnight guests prior to arrival.  Visits from non-registered guests are not permitted without prior approval.  Parties are strictly prohibited on the premises.  Quiet hours begin at 10 PM; loud music is strictly prohibited during this time.  Smoking is not permitted indoors.  Pets are welcome with advance approval.  We do not host bachelor parties on our properties.  Any form of illegal activity, including prostitution, will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement.
