This waterfront beach house is a great escape. Breathe in the fresh air of the forest to the back of the house and the Puget Sound to the front. Listen to the waves splash onto the shore or the water trickle down the forested hillside. You are sure to love this beach house! The views are absolutely amazing. You see views from every room: Mt. Rainier, Point Defiance, the south end of Vashon Island, the Vashon-Tacoma ferry route, the Tacoma Narrows Bridge, and Commencement Bay. The home is located on the south end of Colvos Passage, just an easy five-minute drive from Gig Harbor’s downtown and marina. Gig Harbor is a perfectly charming town with several parks and a historic waterfront that includes boutiques, coffee shops, dining, and a marina. Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
