This 1,600-square-foot home includes two well-appointed bedrooms and is located on the west side of Wallowa Lake, perfect for your small family vacation at Wallowa Lake. Enjoy private lake access and an easily accessible private boat dock during your stay. The small deck overlooks Wallowa Lake on the main level of the home and you’ll find a private hot tub on the lower level of the home, plus gorgeous views of Wallowa Lake from every level! When you enter, you’ll come into the long galley-like kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare your vacation meals! Off the kitchen is the main bathroom with a shower/tub and entry into the main-floor queen-size bedroom. Past the kitchen is the dining area and the living room with views of Wallowa Lake, a flatscreen TV, and plenty of seating for your movie nights with friends. Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
