This property has two bedrooms on the main level together with a large bathroom, kitchen and lounge opening up to the large terrace that has glass curtains providing for extra living space in winter and refreshing outdoor space in summer.
The lower floor at the pool level has a studio with an other bedroom, small kitchen and shower/toilet.
The property is very conveniently located at about 250 to 300 meters walking from the beach and amenities at hand as well. The terrace boosts some nice sea views and is fully south facing ensuring whole day sunlight.
