Two bedroom, two bathroom fully furnished, pet-friendly condo. (This is a 1 Bedroom and loft unit converted to a two bedroom) Two hot tubs and a recreational room onsite. Seasonal pool, tennis courts, horseshoe pits and basketball court.
This unit’s location has it all. Enjoy the impressive views of the Sherwin Mountains and the valley below from the living room and master bedroom. You are also conveniently located next to the Mammoth Ski and Racquet pool, hot tub, and office. Towels and linens are supplied but extra towels for the pool/jacuzzi are not supplied. You can walk, or take a short drive to Canyon Lodge or catch a free shuttle to Mammoth Village just down the street.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
- Guests who book a home or villa that is located in the state of California may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 24-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 3 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
