Multiple skylights flood the space with natural light, while enticing mountain and forest views surround the area. Enjoy the fresh air out on the furnished decks or cook s’mores out at the firepit. If things are a little chilly out, feel free to cuddle around the living room’s wood-burning fireplace. The open kitchen lies nearby, complete with all the full-size appliances you need (and a bonus prep island that doubles as a breakfast bar) to cook delicious meals together. The upstairs loft features cozy spots and a balcony for long nights of conversation. Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
