Situated on the 4th floor of the building, with an elevator up to the entrance. This home also has a portable Air Conditioning unit for the warmer months.

An open-plan living space, the room includes a sofa, armchair, large bookcase, coffee tables and a dining table with chairs. Artwork and ornaments decorate the space. A Juliet balcony offers views to the surrounding Parisian architecture. A double sofa bed provides additional accommodation for one guest.
