The Home
Luxury interior and spacious room division on 95m² gives space for up to 7 guests. Two separate sleeping rooms and a spacious living room with wooden beams and high ceiling create a cosy atmosphere. The highlight: Our guests enjoy a private terrace with direct lake and mountain view. At the front we have the promenade of Lake Zell including the docks of the MS Schmitten. At the back we have the historic old town of Zell am See with various shopping facilities, restaurants and bars are only a few steps away. The golf course (4km) and the airport Salzburg (75km) can be easily reached by car or public transport.
The open kitchen with dishwasher provides our guests with everything they need, whether you plan an extended brunch or a lovely dinner. Fridge-freezer, oven, dish washer, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and an electric kettle are part of our amenities.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
