The housekeepers cook, keep the house always clean and organized and do maid services. Service hours are from 7:00 to 16:00. This condo has entry restrictions due to pandemic. For this reason, it is requested that all guests who are going to enter the condominium undergo the PCR or Antigen test at least 48 hours before the reservation time. If any of the people come out with a positive result for COVID-19, they will not be able to enter the property. 24-hour confirmation policy! As this is one of our more unique homes, we require 24 hours to verify the details of your booking and ensure that this home is the right match for you. HOUSE RULES  To finalize your booking, we kindly request a copy of the main guest’s ID.  Before confirming your booking, we will inquire about the group composition to ensure the best service, including the number of adults, children, couples, and genders.  We require a photo ID from all overnight guests prior to arrival.  Visits from non-registered guests are not permitted without prior approval.  Parties are strictly prohibited on the premises.  Quiet hours begin at 10 PM; loud music is strictly prohibited during this time.  Smoking is not permitted indoors.  Pets are welcome with advance approval.  We do not host bachelor parties on our properties.  Any form of illegal activity, including prostitution, will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement.
