Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- 1. Minimum age to book is 25yr old
- 2. Wristbands must be worn while on property. You will have enough to cover what the unit sleeps. You will be charged $5 for any missing wristbands in the unit.
- 3. Minimum Stay: 2 nights but may increase during major events/holidays
- 4. Limited Damage Waiver protects you up to $2000 of accidental damage provided it is reported before your departure.
- 5. No Smoking/Vaping can be fined up to $600 and evicted with no refund.
- 6. NO PETS. Can be fined up to $600 and evicted with no refund.
- 6. Occupancy- DO NOT exceed occupancy. You will be evicted without refund.
- 7. Cancellations: must cancel before 30 days to arrival.
- 8. Refunds- we do not refund if cancelled inside 30 days to arrival, for inclement weather or personal circumstances.
- 9. We encourage guest to purchase travel insurance with Property Manager
- 10. Linens, towels, and supplies- we provide a start-up of toiletry items and linens to meet occupancy for this condo
- 11. Please review the property and pool rules in the rental agreement
- 12. No trailers, boats, jet skis or RVs allowed.
- 13. A damage deposit may be required during major holidays/events.
- 14. Additional parking may be purchased through the HOA/Security.
- 15. Must complete verification link within 24 hours of booking sent via text message.
