The villa was an old barn and is located on a private property of 7 hectares (70,000 square meters) located on the border of Chianti: there are beautiful walks and mountain bike trails through 750 olive trees, woods and fields of iris.
The Villa has been completely renovated in the typical Tuscan style. The house is situated in a quiet and pleasant place and is also in a perfect position to visit the most beautiful places in Tuscany.
There are 4 double bedrooms, 4 bathrooms with hydromassage shower and turkish bath, 3 fully equipped kitchens, outdoor areas to dine and relax complete with 2 barbecues and a breathtaking view from every window.
It is a Villa ideal for families or groups of friends who want complete privacy and exclusive use of the pool.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- - Optional services:
- Heating: 5 EUR per cubic metre. Applicable seasons: from 01-01 to 04-30, from 10-15 to 12-31.
- Breakfast: 12 EUR per person per day. Max. quantity: 1. Applicable seasons: from 03-15 to 06-30, from 09-01 to 11-20.
- Crib: 5 EUR per person per day. Max. quantity: 2.
- Accommodation Cancellation Insurance: 6% of the booking price.
- - Bed linen is changed every 7 days.
- - Towels are changed every 7 days.
- - The swimming pool is available from 05-01 to 10-01.
- - Pets rules:
- Max. 2 pets allowed. Dangerous breed dogs are not allowed.
