Marta’s terrace is an apartment located a few steps from Piazza San Giorgio, the lake, the characteristic and picturesque Riva Grande, the famous lakeside walk and also very close to the main tourist attractions as well as restaurants, shops, bars and venues.

Inside, the main colours are white and grey, to give guests an atmosphere of relaxation and charm. The property’s charm continues outside. In fact, the terrace on the top floor offers an enchanting view of Lake Como and, fully equipped, allows you to enjoy delightful sunset dinners or sunbathe in complete relaxation.
Elegant and refined, the apartment consists of an entrance, living room with kitchen and sofa bed, 1 double bedroom, 2 complete bathrooms. Going up to the upper floor, there is a loft with a relaxation area and the splendid panoramic terrace. Completely newly furnished, Marta’s terrace is equipped with TV, WiFi, air conditioning, dishwasher, coffee machine, toast maker, kettle, fridge, freezer, oven, induction hob, crockery, washing machine, dryer and everything necessary for complete use.
Marta’s terrace is located in the centre of Varenna, just 150 metres from the car park, 400 metres from Varenna station, with trains to and from Milan at all hours, and 300 metres from the pier that connects Varenna to Bellagio, Cadenabbia, Menaggio, Tremezzo and the entire lake centre, and is accessible through a typical historic staircase of a district in the centre of Varenna.
