Close to Grand Targhee and a short distance to the nearby National Parks. This home is a short walk to Downtown Driggs and a 15-minute drive to Victor. The large back porch with 7-person hot tub and fully appointed kitchen will help you make this a vacation to remember.
To ensure a pleasant stay for you and to respect our community, we ask that you please abide by the following rules:
• No events or large parties are allowed.
• A maximum of 2 dogs are permitted.
• Please be respectful of our neighbors and community rules.
Important Information
• No Air Conditioning: The home does not have central A/C.
• Unfenced Yard: Please note that the backyard is not fenced, which is important for guests bringing pets.
• Entertainment: While we do not have cable, the television is streaming-capable. You will need to use your own logins for services like Netflix, Hulu, etc.
Our home is nestled in a peaceful residential community, offering a perfect blend of seclusion and convenience. You are just a short walk from the charming shops and restaurants of Downtown Driggs. Please remember to be respectful of our neighbors who make this valley their permanent residence.
One of the unique features of our area is the brilliant night sky. We encourage you to turn off outside lights at night to fully experience the beauty of the stars.
Our local HOA has a list of rules and regulations — you are required to adhere to these rules throughout your stay.
1. PARKING
- Street parking is not allowed
- All vehicles must be parked in a garage or driveway
- Cars parked in the street may be towed away by the City
2. PETS
- Dogs must be on a leash at all times
- No more than two dogs per home
- Dogs may not be left inside unattended
- Clean up all pet waste
3. QUIET HOURS
- 10 pm to 7 am
4. USE OF SNOWMOBILES, DIRT BIKES & ATVs PROHIBITED
5. OUTSIDE FIRES PROHIBITED
- Absolutely no fires or fire pits in picnic area or creek bottom areas.
6. OFFENSIVE ACTIVITIES PROHIBITED
- No noxious, annoying, offensive, or illegal activities are allowed.
7. TRASH
- Garbage trucks are in the neighborhood after 10 am on Thursday.
-Trash cans cannot be left on the street overnight
8. WILDLIFE PROTECTION
- Dogs must be on a leash
- No hunting or shooting of gun
- No feeding of wildlife
- Catch-and-release fishing only
- Fishing not allowed on Teton Creek until July 1, per Idaho F&G regulations
