This is a magnificent new modern villa ideally located in an isolated spot, with fantastic views to the sea and the mountains, in a beautiful countryside fully planted area, just a few minutes drive from Rethymno town and it’s unlimited tourist attractions, amenities, and vivid life.
The villa has a one storey layout, has two comfortable large bedrooms, while a sofa bed is provided for an extra guest. The large living room is really sophisticated decorated and is equipped with all modern appliances, such as a big satellite flat TV set, big sofas, a beautiful dining table and is directly connected with the exterior relaxing areas. There are two very modern bathrooms with shower enclosures. The kitchen is modern, open-plan and is equipped with all modern appliances and accessories. All areas are fully air-conditioned and the is a fast internet Wi-Fi coverage throughout the villa.
The exterior areas are equally beautiful and fully furnished, with a large dining table, a sofa, an armchair and comfortable sunbathing deck chairs, enclosed in wooden gazebos. There is a stone-built BBQ, in a shaded area. The private swimming pool has an oval shape that blends beautifully with the surrounding architectural style and the natural environment itself. It has a vast surrounding area, most of it covered by the lawn and the rest by beautiful trees and plants. In the fully enclosed garden area, there is a mini-golf area for more fun and a secure parking area for 2 vehicles.
The nearby picturesque Gerani village, has a traditional tavern, a bakery, a supermarket, a pharmacy and it is located just 1.5Km from a very beautiful small beach and a nearby fish tavern. In just 4km distance there is a 10km sandy beach with many beach bars alongside. In 10 km distance there is Rethymno town with all possible tourist amenities, museums, fully organized sandy beach and a magnificent Venetian old town.
