The Home
This is a beautiful fully restored house in a two floors layout. It is located in an absolutely secluded area offering total privacy. At the same time, it is near Agia Galini, on the south coast of Crete island, with many restaurants, fish taverns, cafes and bars, and various crystal clear waters sandy beaches.
On the ground floor, the are two twin-beds bedrooms and a bathroom, as well as a fully equipped living room, a dining area, and a modern open-plan kitchen with all modern appliances. On the first floor, there is a double bed bedroom and a second bathroom with a water jets bathtub. There is also a balcony with a magnificent view of the unspoiled surrounding area and its beautiful nature.
The exterior area and garden of the house are equipped with various exterior furniture for dining and relaxing outside and also there is a large BBQ, all in a protected yard traditionally decorated.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
