The Home
The Legacy is one of the most popular group or multi-family homes in Yosemite and is perfect for that long awaited family reunion or summer vacation with a group of friends. Boasting 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, this 3,350 Sq. Ft. home sleeps up to 18 guests. The Legacy recently underwent a complete remodel of the kitchen and upstairs bathroom, as well as “unseen” touches, such as all new plumbing and electrical. The new, fully equipped kitchen has beautiful rustic alder cabinets and granite counter tops, a 5 burner, 2 oven range, a large 36” counter depth refrigerator, and a very quiet dishwasher. Does not have Air Conditioning.
The great room on the main floor has 4 skylights, a 55" flat screen satellite TV, WiFi, a 6-person game table, a selection of reading material, and a floor to ceiling stone wood-burning fireplace (wood provided in season). Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
