With a prime location within the 800-acre Shipyard Plantation, this condo at Evian Villas provides a beautiful, relaxing, quintessential experience on Hilton Head Island. Here in the midst of the Shipyard Golf Course and its many lagoons and ponds, you’ll have access to a community swimming pool only 50 yards away, a number of nearby restaurants and boutiques, and the open sand of Shipyard Beach just over half a mile east.
Ascend one flight of stairs to reach this second-floor condo, where you’ll be greeted by updated flooring (wood, vinyl-plank, and ceramic tile) and a naturally lit layout that brings together the living room, the dining room, and the kitchen. Use the convenient office nook to set up your laptop and log onto the high-speed WiFi, or relax after a day spent at the beach by watching a favorite movie on the large flatscreen cable TV. The kitchen is well-equipped with full-size appliances, granite countertops, and a two-sided breakfast bar. There’s additional seating in the adjacent dining room and outside on the canopy-covered balcony.
Additional amenities include a private washer/dryer, a flatscreen TV in each bedroom, stylish updates in the two bathrooms, and a five-acre pond on the property that welcomes catch-and-release fishing.
