You’ll be a short walk from the base of the ski resort at this luxury townhome, with 2,600 square feet of living space spread out across three levels. If you have a large group or two families in need of plenty of beds, this is a great option! Enjoy two primary bedroom suites, flatscreen TVs, high-speed WiFi, and a heated, one-car garage with plenty of room to store everyone’s skis and snowboards. This townhome is only two and a half blocks from the base of the ski resort, so you can either walk or jump on the private shuttle that stops by the complex throughout the day. You’ll also be mere minutes from the base area promenade, where there’s shopping, dining, and various ski and snowboard rental shops. Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
