This is a brand new, modern and spacious villa in small, gated development just 2 minute’s walk to the Blue Flag Kalamies Beach, one of the most famous beaches in Cyprus.
The ground floor features an open plan living room, dining room and kitchen area as well as a guest toilet. On the upper floor there are three bedrooms and the family shower room. The master bedroom offers a large double bed, en-suite shower and a large balcony overlooking the nearby tennis courts and partial sea-views. The second and third bedrooms are both equipped with a double bed each.
Villa offers a large, tiled, overflow pool and a comfortable outside patio area fully equipped with a comfortable rattan sofa set, outside dinning table, excellent BBQ set and elegant lighting for the night.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
