This is a spacious 4 bedroom villa with a spacious garden and outside pool area. Inside there is a lounge with satellite television, dvd player and home cinema system. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would expect from a luxury villa. There is also a ground floor W.C. and a dining area for 8 people. On the first floor there is a balcony. Next to this there are three double bedrooms and one twin bedroom with two single beds. There is also a large family bathroom with a bathtub.
The villa is located just a few minutes walk away from the end of the Protaras strip on a resort which was newly completed in the summer of 2011. The beach is less than 2 minutes walk away and the famous Fig Tree Bay Beach which was voted the third best beach in Europe by TripAdvisor in 2011 is only a few minutes walk away.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
