This large beachfront condo is the perfect place for your vacation getaway. The condo is a split level unit with 2 very spacious bedrooms and a full bathroom on the upper level and a full bathroom, updated kitchen, dining/living room and large private balcony off the main floor. Please note there are stairs in the unit. Enjoy the ocean views from throughout the unit, including excellent oceanfront views from your master bedroom.
The unit is also stocked with beach accessories for your enjoyment, including beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella, toys, towels and a cooler. The master bedroom has a king bed and large HD TV. The second bedroom has a double and twin bed as well as 50" Smart HD TV. The unit has two fully remodeled bathrooms and is fully stocked with linens and towels. There is also free wireless internet available.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
