At once both scenic and convenient, this townhome at Trailside Court is a wonderful home base for exploring Park City in any season. You’ll be right alongside the Historic Union Pacific Rail Trail and three blocks from a stop for the free city shuttle bus, with a private hot tub waiting to welcome you home each day.
This three-level home is spacious and inviting, with a main living space that brings together the living room, the kitchen, and the dining room. After a day spent skiing Park City Mountain, attending the Sundance Film Festival, or perusing the shops and galleries on Main Street (all are just two miles southwest), you can curl up on leather furnishings, flip on the gas fireplace, and scroll through the cable offerings on the wall-mounted flatscreen TV. The adjacent kitchen features stainless steel appliances (including a dishwasher) and an island with bar seats for two, while the dining room table seats six in the light of the window. Just outside the back door are a private hot tub and a gas grill on the patio.
At night, you’ll find that each of the three bedrooms - two on the main floor and a primary suite with a balcony upstairs - has its own flatscreen TV. Additional amenities include a private laundry room, central air conditioning, and free high-speed WiFi throughout the house.
