Boasting a location less than six miles from Walt Disney World Resort and lots of fantastic on-site amenities, this lovely home is the perfect place to enjoy a theme park vacation with the family! The full kitchen features stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and a passthrough to the dining area, so be sure to whip up a delightful lunch to enjoy out on the furnished, screened balcony. The living room has comfy furniture, a large flatscreen TV, and an overhead ceiling fan, ideal for those lazy afternoon ballgames or a Netflix movie or show. After a day of theme park adventure, use the private washer/dryer to knock out everyone’s laundry, then go for a short walk to explore the many on-site amenities that include a shared hot tub, a tennis and basketball court, and a Ping-Pong and pool table available in the Clubhouse game room. Get in a great workout at the community fitness center then cool off with a dip in the shared pool....

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
