The extensive full kitchen, featuring a French door fridge and a dishwasher, has all the countertop space you need to cook up meals for everyone indoors. Lodge-style wooden planks across the ceiling provide a homey island atmosphere. If someone needs to complete remote work before heading to the beach, the desk workspace right off the living room will serve perfectly. The main bedroom features a sprawling design, a private patio with a mountain view and entrance to the backyard, and an en suite bathroom with double sinks, a standalone shower, and a jetted tub. All guests shall abide by Property Manager’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. While the main bedroom is equipped with an air conditioner, every bedroom in the home includes a ceiling fan. This property is managed by Property Manager Vacation Rentals of Hawaii LLC. Owner keeps car in the garage for owner use. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home.
