Nelcôte came out of the ground in 2020. This charming chalet with a contemporary style has everything you could dream of for a stay with family or friends in the mountains: 5 comfortable bedrooms, 6 spacious bathrooms, a hot tub, a sauna, sports equipment, a fireplace, parking spaces, and much more. As for the style, let’s talk about it: large bay windows, a splendid staircase structure, a Charlotte Perriand library, Living Divani furniture, and everything that goes with it.
Chalet Nelcote can welcome up to 15 people. Originally, Nelcote was a well-known 16-room mansion built during the Belle Époque on a headland above the sea on the Côte d’Azur. From April 1971 to October 1973 this property was leased by Keith Richards, guitarist of The Rolling Stones. Two large prints of the Rolling Stones from photographer Dominique Tarle can be found at the property.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
