This lovely Davenport condo is less than 10 miles from Walt Disney World Resort and close to other fun theme parks, ideal for a family getaway! The home’s interior enjoys beautiful floors, attractive wall art and décor, and lots of comfortable furniture throughout. The full kitchen has everything you need, from appliances to counter space, to cook up a wonderful meal, and you’ll have space for six at the dining table, two breakfast bar stools, and more seats available out on the screened-in balcony overlooking the complex. You’ll have TVs with Netflix streaming available in the living room and in each of the home’s three bedrooms, and the main bedroom includes an en-suite bath and access to a private patio. Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
