Modern and bright 100 sqm apartment located on the fourth floor (with lift) of an elegant building, very close to Piazza Statuto, in an ideal position to visit the city comfortably.
The "Principi D’Acaja" metro stop is only 500 meters away, the Porta Susa station is 700 meters and, if you prefer, you can reach Piazza Castello / San Carlo in 20/25 min walking. In the neighborhood you can park on the street for a fee (blue stripes).
In the area there is no Resticted Traffic Area.
The apartment is organized as follows:
-BEDROOM 1: double bed, wardrobe, large mirror, bedside tables / shelves, direct access to the bathroom, armchair
-BEDROOM 2: two single beds, wardrobe, large mirror, desk.
-LIVING / SLEEPING AREA: Sofa bed (double bed), 43 inch flat screen TV, desk, dining table, bookcase, armchair.
- KITCHEN: dining table, 4 hotplates, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, juicer, high chair for children, kitchen utensils.
-WORK AREA: desk, bookcase,
-BATHROOM 1: shower, toilet, bidet, double sink
-BATHROOM 2: shower, toilet, bidet
FURTHER SERVICES: unlimited wifi, independent heating, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, clothesline, balconies.
Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee).
N.B. In the case of long stays (over 30 days) the linen will be collected every maximum 15 days by the cleaning company.
Once collected, the guest can choose:
- to use their own;
- the replacement: in this case there is a cost of €15 for a queen set and €8 for each additional set.
The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests during the stay.
We are in the famous "Quadrilatero Romano", a lively and residential neighborhood a stone’s throw from the historic center of Turin. The main points of interest in the city are easily reachable on foot or by public transport (metro station: Principi D’Acaja). In just 20 minutes on foot (or 10 minutes by public transport) you can reach Piazza Castello, then you can move comfortably towards Piazza San Carlo, the Egyptian Museum, the "Mole Antonelliana" and through the streets of the historic center. Close to the apartment we recommend the Shroud Museum and the Basilica of Maria Ausiliatrice. In the area you can find all the main services including restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, banks, cinemas. Comfortable Carrefour 24/7 at 400 meters, in via S. Donato.
- From the airport of Caselle : Train to "Torino Dora" + 10N shuttle to Piazza Statuto (tot: 40/45 min)
- From Porta Susa Station: 10 minutes walking
- From Porta Nuova Station: to the "XVIII December" metro station + 6 min on foot (tot. 15/20 min)
We are very close to the junction of Piazza Statuto, and in a convenient area for walking to the center and Porta Susa.
Metro Principi D’Acaja stop 5 minutes walk.
Bus stop 72 (Corso Beccaria) for Juventus Stadium and Reggia di Venaria, a 3-minute walk away.
