To the right, a spacious dining area awaits, featuring a large table with seating for eight. To the left, the first of four bedrooms beckons, complete with a cozy queen-sized bed and ample storage. A convenient half-bathroom is located in the hallway outside this room. Moving through the foyer, you enter the combined living and kitchen area—a perfect spot for shared meals or relaxing in front of the 4K HDTV. The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and essential cooking utensils for your convenience. Ascend the staircase to the second level, where three more roomy bedrooms and two full bathrooms await. Two bedrooms share a full bathroom, furnished with a king and queen-sized bed. The master bedroom, also on the second floor, features a king-sized bed, a wall-mounted 4K HDTV, and an attached full bathroom with dual sinks, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower—an ideal retreat for relaxation. In addition to the indoor space, "Phil’s Place" offers a screened-in outdoor patio off the kitchen/living area, complete with a grill for your backyard barbecue needs. Guests enjoy exclusive access to the entire home, easily accessible and well-lit for safety. Parking is a breeze with space for four compact cars or two larger vehicles in the driveway. BL Number: ST260265 *Pet fee: Our home is pet friendly. We have a $200 per pet fee. We limit to 2 dogs in the home and we have a very strict no cat policy. Only dogs are allowed at the home. Please be sure to add the dog to your guest count when booking and reach out for permission to bring the second dog before booking.  *We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a nearby store if you need to pick up more during your stay. *If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room. *Crib and high chair available through a third party as an optional add-on and must be ordered 48 hours in advance in order to guarantee it is in the home prior to guest arrival.
