Modern and bright 85 sqm apartment with closed terrace and balcony, which can accommodate 6 people, located on the 4th floor of a modern building with lift (NOT suitable for the disabled). The property enjoys a privileged position, in a quiet and residential district near the University, but at the same time just a few minutes from the historic center (20 minutes on foot / 10 minutes by bike).

The inside is organized as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with dining table, TV, double sofa bed, access to the balcony;
- KITCHEN with dining table, gas hob with 4 burners, refrigerator, moka, electric oven, kettle, microwave, wine glasses and kitchenware; access to the covered terrace;
- BATHROOM with shower box (slightly raised), sink, bidet and WC;
- BEDROOM I with double bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers and wardrobe;
- BEDROOM II with two single beds, wardrobe and small table;
- BALCONY with outdoor table and chairs.
- COVERED TERRACE with chair.
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, air conditioning (split in the living room and in the two bedrooms), central heating, iron and ironing board, drying rack, hairdryer, washing machine (in the bathroom), insect screens and soundproof windows.

PLEASE NOTE: there is a step to access the building and an another step to access the lift.
Private garage included, suitable for small cars and motorbikes (2x2 meters in length and height).
All identity documents of the guests must be exhibited on arrival as provided by Italian law.

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, just a few minutes from the University of Ferrara (Scientific Pole) and the Hippodrome, a green space that the inhabitants of the area use to spend moments outdoors. The area is full of services and is about 20 minutes on foot from the historic center of Ferrara with all its main attractions.
Ferrara is a city on a human scale and it can be easily visited on foot or, for those who may prefer it, by bike: it is no coincidence that it is known as the Italian city of bicycles. Among the main points of interest, it is worth mentioning: the famous Estense Castle, an impressive fortress dating back to the fourteenth century; the Cathedral of Ferrara, with its white marble facade, called "Duomo" by the Ferrarese themselves; Palazzo dei Diamanti, which owes its name to the white and pink diamond-shaped marble blocks that cover the two facades; Via delle Volte, with its medieval charm.

- From Ferrara railway station, it is possible to reach the apartment by taking bus n. 4 to “Foro Boario Supermarket” stop, a 3-minute walk from the property. Alternatively, it is possible to reach the apartment on foot from the station in about 20 minutes.
- From Bologna Marconi airport, it is possible to reach the property in about 30/40 minutes by car/taxi (47 km).
