There, mountains join the sea and form a border between the Mediterranean and inland. This newly built villa can comfortably accommodate a group of up to 10 persons and offers a great panoramic view of the Adriatic Sea and Velebit mountain.
Spacious 390m² villa spreads over three floors; Ground floor features a nice living/dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable bedroom, a bathroom and a separate toilet. On the first floor there is a master bedroom with its own bathroom and balcony, 2 more cozy bedrooms, additional bathroom and a spacious terrace with rattan furniture. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning devices. Top floor provides you with an amazing roof terrace which contains an outdoor jacuzzi, sauna, shower and a relaxing area.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
