Enjoy one off-premises parking spot just around the corner, with Apt A at the bottom of the stairs on your left. Apartment Details: Apt A is a cozy ground floor unit offering a 700 sqft retreat for up to 4 guests. It features a spacious living area, a fully equipped kitchen, a smart television with YouTube TV, and wireless internet – creating a true home away from home. Perfect Location: Nestled in the Elliotborough/Cannonborough neighborhood, known as the "short term rental district," our location is surrounded by fantastic restaurants, coffee shops, and vibrant nightlife. Explore Charleston’s streets and neighborhoods by foot or bike! Community Vibes: With four apartments in the building, you’ll have the chance to meet fellow guests and make new friends. Southern Shangri-La welcomes everyone with open arms! Considerate Stay: Being on the ground floor, you might hear some foot traffic from above, which is factored into our pricing. If you prefer a quieter stay, consider our other upstairs apartments. Exclusive Access: Enjoy exclusive access to your private apartment, thoughtfully designed for your comfort. The apartment is easily accessible and well-lit for your safety. Parking Tips: While we can’t provide additional parking, we recommend a nearby option at 558 King St. for $18 per day. Please let us know before booking. *We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a nearby convenience store if you need to pick up more during your stay. *If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room. *Crib and high chair available through a third party as an optional add-on and must be ordered 48 hours in advance in order to guarantee it is in the home prior to guest arrival.
