Welcome to Indigo House, a beautifully renovated luxury home that fills an entire classic Charleston Single and invites you to settle in and feel right at home. From the moment you step onto the private front porch, you’ll be welcomed by a vibrant yet comfortable space designed for gathering, relaxing, and enjoying Charleston in style! The first floor opens into a colorful kitchen and dining area with seating for eight and a large 60 inch Smart TV, perfect for shared meals or movie nights. Upstairs, the main living space feels warm and inviting with statement wallpaper, exposed original beams, comfortable group seating, a second 60 inch TV, and a convenient wet bar, making it an ideal spot to unwind together. Indigo House features four thoughtfully designed ensuite bedrooms, each with its own personality and bold Charleston inspired style. Two king bedrooms are located on the first floor, one with a walk in tiled shower and the other with a shower and tub combination. Upstairs, you’ll find two additional king ensuite bedrooms, both offering walk in showers and plenty of privacy. Each bedroom is positioned in its own corner of the home, giving guests a peaceful retreat. Outdoor living is just as inviting, with multiple seating areas to enjoy. Relax on the front porch, dine in the private fenced backyard at a table for eight, or unwind on the second floor piazza while taking in the neighborhood breeze and views along Cannon Street. Parking for up to 2 vehicles is provided in the driveway to the right of the home. The driveway is tight, we recommend compact cars or small SUVs only. Permit Number: OP2025-06410 *Pet fee: Our home is pet friendly. We have a $200 per pet fee. We limit to 2 dogs in the home and we have a very strict no cat policy. Only dogs are allowed at the home. Please be sure to add the dog to your guest count when booking and reach out for permission to bring the second dog before booking.  *We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a nearby convenience store if you need to pick up more during your stay. *If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room. *Crib and high chair available through a third party as an optional add-on and must be ordered 48 hours in advance in order to guarantee it is in the home prior to guest arrival. Inquire for information to book with the third party* *Evacuation Policy: Get a full refund within 72 hours in case of a MANDATORY evacuation in Charleston County *No parties *No Smoking inside (guests can smoke outside) *No firearms *Abide to quiet hours (10 pm - 8am)  *Only decorate with painters tape (guest will be liable for any damage caused by decorations) *Construction - Please note that our city is continually growing and evolving, which means construction in various areas is ongoing.
