The old Dalmatian rural stone house was completely renovated in authentic style. Villa is located in a small place called Zemunik Donji. It is surrounded with big garden and fenced plot. Within the stone walled yard there is an outside barbeque with large stone table and wooden table, an outdoor relaxation area which overlooks the pool.
It consist of the main house and a one bedroom apartment opposite the villa, barely a few metres away from one another, altogether making a single unit. Villa has one bedroom, kitchen, living room and bathroom. Whole area space has the charm of an old house with associated elements from the past. Staying in this villa is a special experience. You will be thrilled with the combination of stone and wood.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
