This Villa is located in a small place called Kukljica. Kukljica is a small fisherman town located on the south of island Ugljan. It has less than 1000 residents. Kukljica is surrounded with romantic sea coves, intimate valleys with crystal- clear water, thick forests of pine and fig trees, vineyards and olive groves.
Villa offers 4 bedrooms, living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Most importantly it has a charming, green outdoor space with a lot of place to sit and relax. You can choose to spend time by the pool on sun loungers, in the lounge area at the balcony or having a delicious bite or glass of wine in the dining area on the terrace. Interior is decorated in cozy traditional way with lots of wood furniture and cute details.
Kukljica is often referred to as “the gate to the National park Kornati and Nature park Telaščica” due to proximity to the Ždrelac Passage.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
