Thalias Quarters is a luxury 5-star ground floor villa in which guests can enjoy the rich private garden of the house with the heated pool, the sunbathing area with comfortable sun loungers and the 8-seater solid wood table, as well as the hammam.
With a floor plan which respects the division of private and communal spaces, the kitchen, dining room and living room are set in an open plan space whilst the bedrooms enjoy privacy in snug spaces. The living room features a large sofa bed, smart flat-screen TV with Netflix access and a large dining area for 8 people.
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern top appliances, dishwasher, refrigerator, oven and coffee maker.

The Neighborhood
It is located in one of the most beautiful neighborhoods of Kalamata, in a walking distance from the centre, and the local beach. This neighborhood was once an endless orange and lemon grove, the Mansion along with its neighboring houses has preserved the old homes and gardens to give a unique view of traditional hospitality in Kalamata and the south of Greece. Heating, cooling and domestic hot water are provided 100% from renewable energy sources. Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
