With four bedrooms and four full bathrooms, this inviting home offers plenty of space to gather while still giving everyone room to relax! Bedrooms & Bathrooms • Four bedrooms, each with a queen bed • Four full bathrooms, one for each bedroom • Two bedrooms and two bathrooms located on the first level • Two bedrooms and two bathrooms located on the second level • Layout designed to provide privacy and comfort for groups Living & Gathering Spaces • Open living room with plush couches and comfortable seating • Flat screen TVs for relaxing evenings or movie nights • Bright, welcoming layout perfect for gathering after a day exploring Charleston Kitchen & Dining • Fully equipped kitchen with essential cookware and appliances • Dining table with seating for four for casual meals and conversation • Guests are welcome to log into their favorite streaming services during their stay Outdoor & Access • Private entrance with a small exterior porch staircase • Exclusive access to the entire home and all amenities Parking & Location • Complimentary parking for 2–3 vehicles depending on size • Driveway is narrow, so unloading luggage at the front before parking is recommended • Located just off Spring Street with easy access to downtown Charleston’s restaurants, shops, and attractions The Sweetgrass House offers space, comfort, and a fantastic downtown location, making it a perfect home base for your Charleston getaway! 🌿 *Pet fee: Our home is pet friendly. We have a $200 per pet fee. We limit to 2 dogs in the home and we have a very strict no cat policy. Only dogs are allowed at the home. Please be sure to add the dog to your guest count when booking and reach out for permission to bring the second dog before booking.  *We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a nearby convenience store if you need to pick up more during your stay. *If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room. *Crib and high chair available through a third party as an optional add-on and must be ordered 48 hours in advance in order to guarantee it is in the home prior to guest arrival. Inquire for information to book with the third party* *Evacuation Policy: Get a full refund within 72 hours in case of a MANDATORY evacuation in Charleston County *No parties *No Smoking inside (guests can smoke outside) *No firearms *Abide to quiet hours (10 pm - 8am)  *Only decorate with painters tape (guest will be liable for any damage caused by decorations) *Construction - Please note that our city is continually growing and evolving, which means construction in various areas is ongoing. While we do our best to ensure a peaceful experience, occasional noise and traffic adjustments may be unavoidable.
