Sweetgrass

Our spacious two floor home, ‘The Sweetgrass House’, is ideal for groups of 8-10 guests with 4 bedrooms, 4 full baths. Located just off of Spring Street, location and parking won’t be an issue here! Accessed by it own entrance/exit, and up small (exterior) porch stairs, The Sweetgrass House features an open floor plan that accommodates both dining and lounge space, making it great for groups looking to spend time together or enjoy a meal. Dining table with 4 seats and living room with plush comfy couches and flat screen TVs. Two of the four bedrooms are located on the first level with two full bathrooms and the same layout upstairs as well. Each of these bedrooms with its own Queen sized bed. Our team provides basic login credentials, so feel free to use your own during your stay. Fully equipped kitchen with basic cooking/kitchenware is also located on this first level. Guests will have access to the whole property along with all its amenities and comes with 2 to 3 parking spaces complimentary. Please note the driveway is very narrow, so we recommend unloading luggage upon arrival in front before parking your car. *Pet fee: Our home is pet friendly. We have a $200 per pet fee. We limit to 2 dogs in the home and we have a very strict no cat policy. Only dogs are allowed at the home. Please be sure to add the dog to your guest count when booking and reach out for permission to bring the second dog before booking.  *We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a nearby convenience store if you need to pick up more during your stay. *If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room. *Crib and high chair available through a third party as an optional add-on and must be ordered 48 hours in advance in order to guarantee it is in the home prior to guest arrival. Inquire for information to book with the third party* *Evacuation Policy: Get a full refund within 72 hours in case of a MANDATORY evacuation in Charleston County *No parties *No Smoking inside (guests can smoke outside) *No firearms *Abide to quiet hours (10 pm - 8am)  *Only decorate with painters tape (guest will be liable for any damage caused by decorations) *Construction - Please note that our city is continually growing and evolving, which means construction in various areas is ongoing. While we do our best to ensure a peaceful experience, occasional noise and traffic adjustments may be unavoidable.
