Welcome to The Sapphire Suite, a warm and welcoming three-bedroom, three-bath home located on Cannon Street, just two blocks from King Street, the perfect spot for experiencing Charleston on foot. Ideal for groups of six to eight guests, this beautifully renovated home blends historic charm with modern comfort in an unbeatable downtown location!
Enter through your private rear entrance and step into a bright, open living, dining, and kitchen space designed for gathering and relaxing together. The living room features an original exposed-brick fireplace, plenty of comfortable seating, and a large flat-screen TV, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the city. The open kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and a generous island with seating for four, making it easy to cook, share meals, and spend time together. Just outside the front door, a cozy café table for two offers a lovely spot for morning coffee or an evening drink.
On the main level, you’ll find the first king-size bedroom with a private ensuite bathroom featuring a single vanity and a tub/shower combination. Upstairs, the second king bedroom includes double closets and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The third king bedroom also offers a private ensuite with a walk-in shower, providing comfort and privacy for everyone in your group.
Dedicated off-street parking is available at the rear of the property. Please note the driveway is narrow and may not accommodate larger trucks or SUVs.

*Pet fee: Our home is pet friendly. We have a $200 per pet fee. We limit to 2 dogs in the home and we have a very strict no cat policy. Only dogs are allowed at the home. Please be sure to add the dog to your guest count when booking and reach out for permission to bring the second dog before booking.
*We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a nearby convenience store if you need to pick up more during your stay.
*If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room.
*Crib and high chair available through a third party as an optional add-on and must be ordered 48 hours in advance in order to guarantee it is in the home prior to guest arrival. Inquire for information to book with the third party*
